| This international law firm
relocated their offices from downtown Los
Angeles to the 18th floor of the 10960 Building
in Westwood. The 22,600 square foot space
boasts views of Westwood Village, the Getty
Museum and a sweeping southwest view of the
Pacific Ocean. The project goals were made
very clear at our first kickoff meeting when
the managing partner issued us the task of
delivering an innovative space with creative
use of inexpensive materials, on time and
on budget. "Give us a space which flows and
allows light to emanate. We need a public
area for endless, multiple depositions and
client meetings. Design a lunchroom central
to the space, almost a hearth, which can also
accommodate company all-staff meetings, catered
business lunches and occasional seminars."
