| This flagship headquarters on Ventura Boulevard is the first roll out of many branches to come for California United Bank. California United Bank’s founders come from decades of experience in US Bank and other major financial institutions. They have plans to open branches in West LA, Santa Clarita and other undisclosed locations. Studio V was retained along with a General Contractor to form a team with a mission to create the bank’s new branding and image; they desired a private bank branch experience that is warm, inviting, and upscale without appearing ostentatious or careless with shareholder’s money. The end result was a success. Studio V used materials such as frosted plexi-glass panels, custom are rugs and lobby furniture that is residential in feel, chocolate brown woods, Calcutta Gold marble at the teller line, stainless steel accents and very durable carpet tile flooring. |
