Jeff Urbina is actively involved in all aspects
of the design, documentation and construction phases of
the project including design concepts, technical and code
details, working drawings, engineering coordination and
construction administration.
Jeff has over twenty years of professional experience
in all aspects of commercial interior design and project
management ranging from design to construction administration.
Prior to joining Studio V, Jeff was instrumental in forming
and enforcing company-wide Technical and Computerized
Drafting Standards for several large architectural firms
in Los Angeles. He has an excellent rapport with Building
and Safety officials in the greater Los Angeles area and
keeps current on building and safety codes. Jeff prides
himself in his attention to detail and can boast producing
a near-perfect set of construction documents. Most often,
his attention to detail allows the plan check and permit
process of our projects to be expeditious and free of
plan check corrections. This is not a small task and one
in which General Contractors continues to compliment us.
With over fifteen years of AutoCAD Computer aided drafting
experience, building code interpretation and extensive
construction administration experience, Jeff is a vital
member of our Studio V team. He is a graduate of Don
Bosco Technical Institute where he studied mechanical
drafting and design and graduated with an Associate
Science degree.
